We have to live for today
It is becoming harder
When every day seems this way
Finding the silver lining
Oftentimes seems hard to do
Here’s a little secret
Start by looking inside of you
If you are unhappy
Then find what brings you light
Don’t turn to others
When your pleasures turn into fright
You choose your path
To happiness or to disdain
You make the decisions
If this turmoil is to remain
Alter your personal path
And inspire with all that you do
The key to happiness
Is found deep inside of you
